The User agrees not to reverse engineer the site or engage in any other process aimed at finding or obtaining its source code, and accepts that otherwise, they will be responsible for damages incurred by third parties.

The User agrees not to act contrary to general morals, decency, and laws in their activities on the site. Otherwise, the user is responsible for any damages incurred, and the Site management reserves the right to suspend or close such accounts and initiate legal proceedings when necessary.

The relationships of the site's members with each other or with third parties are entirely their own responsibility.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Entirety and Enforceability of the Agreement

If any clause of this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain valid.

8. Amendments to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to amend the provisions of this agreement at any time. Amendments become effective on the date of their publication.

9. Notifications

All notifications to the parties will be made to the email addresses specified by the parties.

10. Evidence Agreement

In disputes arising between the parties, the company's books and computer records shall constitute evidence.

11. Resolution of Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this Agreement.
